Emre Alp Veziroglu has been working in the Aerospace Industry for over 23 years. He started his career in 1988 in Stratford, Connecticut at Textron Lycoming as an engineer helping develop gas turbine engines, after graduating from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a BS degree in Aircraft Engineering. In 1990 Emre received his MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bridgeport in Bridgeport, CT. Emre continued to develop his career in Phoenix, Arizona, after Textron was acquired and relocated to Phoenix by Allied-Signal Aerospace, which later became Honeywell Aerospace. Today Emre works for the Goodrich Aerospace, Electronic Systems Center in Phoenix as a Quality Leader, managing the Quality Assurance, Configuration Management and Qualification Laboratory functions. Emre also started working for the International Journal of Hydrogen Energy as an Assistant Editor, and has been promoted first to Associate Editor and then to the Editor-in-Chief in March of 2010.
